Instructions

1. Start by downloading the zip-compressed file below.
   Tool Builder v2.10 (Updated 2011-10-13)
2. Uncompress the file somewhere on your local disk.
3. To start the application, find the file index.html inside the folder named www.tool-builder.com_v2.10 and double-click on it.
4. Done!
